Shipping Timeline
Once your transaction is complete, Bvelo will ship your items within 2 business days after receipt of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders shipped internationally aren’t eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact Bvelo customer service and ask us to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Mail the completed form with your item(s) to:

Bvelo will credit your account when it receives the form and merchandise. You will also receive an email to confirm that the return has been completed. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 30 days to resolve the issue.
