STORE REGULATIONS
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The owner of the online store www.bvelo.pl(hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) is the company BVELO Marta Broniarczyk, conducting business with its registered office in Białystok 15-162, ul. Kasprzaka 2A NIP 9662177096 REGON 525185970
2. The store conducts mail order sales of children’s clothing via the Internet.

III. PLACING AND PROCESSING ORDERS
1. An order in the Store may be placed by a natural person who is 18 years of age or older and has full legal capacity (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
2. Placing an order in the online store bvelo.pl constitutes the conclusion of a legally binding contract of sale between “BVELO Marta Broniarczyk” and the Customer.
3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day.
4. Orders are processed after the Customer’s payment is credited to the Store’s account.
5. The purchased goods are shipped to the customer by courier service to the address provided by the customer in the order form. The sales document(invoice) is sent to the Customer electronically to the email address provided by the Customer in the form.
6. To place an order, the Customer should indicate:
◦ ordered goods and quantity,
◦ the address to which the purchased goods are to be delivered and a contact telephone number,
◦ method of delivery,
◦ method of payment,
◦ email contact.
7. Ordered goods will be shipped to the Customer within a maximum of 3 working days from the date the Customer’s payment is credited to the Store’s account.
8. The cost of delivery in Poland is covered by the Store. The cost of delivery outside Poland depends on the country to which the goods are shipped and is displayed when placing the order.
9. The store, in the case of at least twice the failure of the customer to receive an order sent by courier, will attempt to contact by phone at the number indicated by the customer to resolve the problem with the delivery of the object of the order. In case of further disagreement, the Store becomes entitled to cancel the order. In this case, the Store will refund the amount paid by the Customer, less the costs incurred by the Store in connection with unsuccessful deliveries.
10. In order to confirm the order placed, Customer Service may contact the customer at the telephone number provided by the customer.
11. If the goods are out of stock or out of stock of a particular product, the Customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone by the Store’s Customer Service. In the situation, the customer will be offered:
◦ cancellation of the entire order
◦ cancellation of the order in the part where the implementation is possible within the prescribed period
12. Prices in the Store are expressed in zlotys.
13. The prices from the time of ordering highlighted by the product photo are valid.
14. The store shall not be liable for non-delivery of goods or delay in delivery of ordered goods or fulfillment of the order, resulting from erroneous or inaccurate delivery address provided by the Customer.
IV. SUPPLIES
1. The shipping time of the order is up to 3 working days, calculated from the date of receipt of payment to the account of the Store.
2. The cost of delivery in Poland is covered by the Store. The cost of delivery outside Poland depends on the country to which the order is shipped and is always displayed when placing the order.
3. Courier shipments are carried out by a courier selected by the Store at Furgonetka.pl.
V. FORMS OF PAYMENT
1. The store allows you to pay for your order through the Przelewy24 system that supports the following forms of payment:
– Online transfers
– BLIK mobile payment system
– Credit/payment card processing
– Apple Pay
– Google Pay
VI. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
RETURNS
1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without giving reasons within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product. Returned goods should be sent back to the Store using the service at: https://furgonetka.pl/zwroty/1556e4c8-f514-4a7c-baf7-691e9b6386ad. The customer returns the goods received intact, without signs of use, with the original manufacturer’s tags, immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
Legal basis: the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended) “A consumer who has concluded a contract at a distance may, within 14 calendar days, withdraw from it without stating a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs indicated below.”
2. The cost of returning the goods to the Store shall be borne by the returning person. Shipments sent back at the expense of the recipient will not be accepted.
3. Refund of payment will be made using the same method of payment as in the original transaction within 7 days from the date of receipt by the Store of the return shipment. The cost of sending the goods back to the Store is not refundable.
ADVERTISEMENTS
1. A customer may file a claim for non-conformity of goods by sending a completed claim form (available on the Store’s website under “Returns and Exchanges”) to the Customer Service Department at the following email address: kontakt@bvelo.pl
2. The store shall, within 14 (fourteen) days, respond to the customer’s complaint and notify the customer electronically of the resolution of the complaint.
3. If the complaint is resolved in favor of the customer – the Store will repair or replace the customer’s advertised goods with full-value goods, or if replacement is not possible will refund the amount due for the advertised goods within 14 days from the date of consideration of the complaint.
4. After the complaint is accepted, the store sends back a full-quality product at its own expense to the address provided by the customer.
VII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. The administrator of the Customer’s personal data is BVELO Marta Broniarczyk, ul. Kasprzaka 2A, 15-162 Bialystok
2. The personal data provided by the Customer on the website bvelo.pl are processed for the purpose of executing the sales contract and with a separate consent may be processed for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with the terms of the Act of August 29, 1997. On protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004. on documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024)
3. The Customer’s personal data are transferred to courier companies cooperating with the Store, through the service https://furgonetka.pl to send the product to the Customer.
4. The customer may receive marketing materials electronically if he/she agrees.
5. The customer may cancel consent to receive materials via a link available in the body of the email, in the “My Account” tab on bvelo.pl or by contacting Customer Service.
6. Provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the implementation of the concluded sales contract.
7. The customer has the right to inspect his personal and address data and correct them after logging into his account on bvelo.pl (tab “My account”).
VIII. PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY
1. The Customer, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, agrees to collect and share with the Company statistics of his presence and activity in the Store. The data is collected automatically and can be used to analyze customer activity.
2. For statistical purposes and to ensure the highest quality of services, the Store uses information recorded by the server on the Customer’s terminal device, which is then read each time the Internet browser is connected (so-called cookies). The customer can change the browser settings at any time to not accept such files or to inform about their transmission. However, please note that not accepting cookies may cause difficulties in using the bvelo.pl Store. Customer’s use of a browser, the settings of which allow the storage of cookies on the Customer’s device, implies consent to the storage of the above files on that Customer’s device.
IX. AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS
1. The store reserves the right to change the provisions of the Terms and Conditions due to:
◦ changes resulting from legislation or law enforcement practice,
◦ Changes in payment methods,
◦ Changes in the ways in which goods are delivered,
2. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall become effective on the date of their publication on bvelo.co.uk.
3. Orders placed before the effective date of the amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be processed in accordance with the previous provisions of the Terms and Conditions (i.e. in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the order was placed).
X. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. product information on the pages of the Online Store www.bvelo.pl does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
2. The company operating the Store makes every effort to ensure that the services provided by the Online Store bvelo.pl are of the highest quality, but the Company does not exclude the possibility of temporary suspension of the availability of the Online Store bvelo.pl in case of maintenance, inspection, equipment replacement or in connection with the need to modernize or expand the Online Store bvelo.pl.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company operating the Store shall not be responsible for the blocking by mail server administrators of the transmission of messages to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer and for the deletion and blocking of e-mails by software installed on the computer used by the Customer.
4. Individual computer settings may cause differences between the visualization of the product on the customer’s computer and the actual appearance of the product (color, proportions, etc.).
5. In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on Special Terms of Consumer Sales and Amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141 of 2002, item 1176, as amended) and the Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product (Journal of Laws No. 22 of 2000, item 271, as amended).7. All product names on the website of the Online Store bvelo.pl are used for identification purposes and may be protected and reserved under the provisions of the Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws No. 119 of 2003, item 1117).
6. Any disputes arising between a Customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code and the Company operating the Store shall be resolved by a court with local jurisdiction over the registered office of the Company.
