RETURN
- We allow you to make a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Returned goods should be sent back using the service at: https://furgonetka.pl/zwroty/1556e4c8-f514-4a7c-baf7-691e9b6386ad
- The payment will be refunded using the same payment method as in the original transaction within 7 days from the date we receive the return shipment.
- The cost of returning the goods to our store is borne by the returning person.
Note: returned goods must not have signs of use.
EXCHANGE
To make an exchange, return the goods in the standard manner described above and then order new goods.
ADVERTISEMENT
- To make a claim, please send a completed claim form ( downloadable here: Claim Form) to the following email address: kontakt@bvelo.pl.
- The store will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
- If the complaint is resolved in favor of the Customer – the Store will repair or replace the Customer’s advertised merchandise with a full-quality one or, if replacement is not possible, return the amount due for the advertised merchandise within 14 days from the date of processing the complaint.
- After the complaint is accepted, the store sends back a full-quality product at its own expense to the address provided by the customer.
